Scheduling an Appointment

Upon confirmation of eligibility to take the examination, you will receive email notification from HTCC telling you that your information has been sent to PSI. You will then receive a second email from PSI with instructions on how to make your appointment for the test. It may take approximately 5-10 working days to receive the PSI email. Please Note: These email notifications will be sent to the email address listed on your account. It is your responsibility to keep your email address current with HTCC.

Candidates are responsible for making their own testing appointment at the time and testing center of their choice during the days the examination is given. Your eligibility will remain active until the scheduled date of your examination and is only valid for the examination date that you are applying for.

Once eligibility has been confirmed by HTCC, PSI will send a notice with a website and a telephone number for use in scheduling an examination appointment. You may schedule for an examination appointment by one of the following methods:

  1. Online Scheduling: You may schedule an examination appointment online at any time by using our Online Scheduling service. To use this service go to, select “Candidates” and follow the simple, step-by-step instructions to choose your examination and register for the examination.
