Official verification of certification status of Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) is available to all interested parties. This verification provides more detailed information, including:

1. Acknowledgment of the individual's certification as a CHT;
2. Identification of the initial certification date and renewal date;
3. Determination of individual's status with regard to disciplinary action,
   if any, by HTCC.

You may verify a CHTs credentials online! You will be required to enter the CHT's last name, and first name and Certification Number, if known. Click here to link to our Online Verification form.

Employer of Certified Hand Therapists and other individuals may request verification of a practitioner's certification, by calling 800-860-7097 or completing our Email Verification form. Email and phone verifications are available without charge.

Official verification letters are $35. HTCC will accept a credit card, personal check, or money order made payable to “HTCC.” There is a $25.00 fee for any returned check. Requests submitted without the required fee will be returned. Please allow 3 weeks for processing. Click here to request an official letter.
