The Hand Therapy Certification Examination is a comprehensive
test of advanced clinical skills in the field of upper quarter
rehabilitation. It is expected that candidates will have a
thorough understanding of hand therapy theory and its clinical
application based on a variety of educational opportunities
and practical experience.
The Hand Therapy Certification Commission as an organization
does not approve or endorse specific test preparation courses
nor does the Commission publish a test preparation guide.
Candidates are advised to look over the references and concentrate
on the areas where you feel weak. Self-assessment is the best
guideline for study. Also, study the test blueprint to see
what areas are emphasized on the exam.
