Please note that therapists from the United States, Canada, Great Britain, Ireland, The Netherlands, Australia and New Zealand will not be allowed to create an account because HTCC is not currently collecting practice data from those countries. It is anticipated that a Practice Analysis of those countries will be conducted in 2007.

If you practice in a country other than the United States, Canada, Great Britain, Ireland, The Netherlands, Australia or New Zealand, you must create a user name and password in order to complete the survey. The International Practice Analysis may take thirty minutes to an hour to complete, therefore, creating a login account will allow you to return to the last page completed, so you can finish the survey later if necessary.
